QY-BPTS-2 model frequency converting speed regulating technology training device integrates Mitsubi A740-1.5KW frequency converter, three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, and other low voltage electrical components. The training device adopts our exclusive aluminum profiles experiment table structure; it is convenient, reliable, flexible and safe. It is comprised of Power module, control module, frequency converter module, relay module, contactor module, motor speed training system, experiment table etc. Frequency converter control technology, telecommunication technology, supply and allocate electricity control technology, three-phase induction motor control technology etc with this device.
This device can used by students of undergraduate, college, high vocational, mid-vocational, vocational school, and vocational training to design, install the frequency converter speed control system, to connect the wires to debug and remove trouble etc., and other skills practice and check. 3.1 Synchronization of Experiment and Teaching
QY-BPTS-2 model frequency converting speed regulating technology training device relates 18 experiments projects; it assumes the practice teaching content of the frequency converting speed regulating and other relative majors. 3.2 Strong Safety Guarantees
The training device is set with multi-protection, like over current, ground protection, short circuit, phase loss. In addition,the module control panels that the users touch frequently is made of high insulation fold resistance board. Besides, the table is made of high insulation high density fire board to protect the operator’s personal safety effectively.All the practice connection ports on the experiment modular is secure sockets, and all low voltage connection ports are with size D3, while high voltage connection ports are with D4. Besides, different safety jacks in the modules is with different colors, thus effectively avoid misuse for the students in the practice.

1、The training device is comprised of Power module, control module, frequency converter module, relay module, contactor module and so on. These modules are separate while combined organically. It makes the users to know the frequency converter speed control system clearly and intuitively.
